I'm not a writer, but I play one on the internet.

I've been tossing around the idea of blogging for a little while now, but I never really thought my life was interesting enough to put on the web and bore people with. Once my wife and I had our daughter, however, I figured it was time to put finger to keyboard and start keeping track of my life as a father.

Hopefully doing this will help me gain some perspective  on who I am and where I'm going, keep me doing something moderately creative and help me remember things once I'm senile.
